Refunds
I want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and reason for return. I will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned artwork. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
